These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Arven Studio via www.arven.studio. By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. About Arven Studio

Arven Studio is operated from the United Kingdom. Arven Studio is an independent fine art studio producing and selling original digital artworks and premium aluminium DIBOND® prints.

All artworks are sold directly by Arven Studio and produced on demand through carefully selected third-party production partners.

2. Products and Artwork

All artworks sold on this website are original designs created by Arven Studio.
All products sold are physical wall art prints. Digital downloads are not supplied unless explicitly stated.
Aluminium DIBOND® prints are produced to order and are not mass-produced stock items.
Product images shown on the website are representative. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.
Minor variations in finish or appearance may occur as part of the production process and are considered part of the artwork’s character.

3. Ordering and Order Acceptance

Orders are placed through our website using Wix’s secure checkout system.
Once an order is submitted and payment is confirmed, it is considered accepted and production begins shortly thereafter.
As artworks are produced to order, changes or cancellations are not be possible once production has started.
All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an item cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments and its authorised payment service providers.
Arven Studio does not store or process full payment card details.

5. Production and Fulfilment

Aluminium DIBOND® prints are produced and shipped by Gelato, our third-party print-on-demand production and fulfilment partner.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and local factors.
To optimise quality and delivery, artworks may be produced in facilities located in different countries.

6. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

Shipping costs (where applicable) are shown at checkout.
Full delivery time estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Arven Studio is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs authorities.

7. Returns, Damage, and Issues

Because all artworks are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including::

Change of mind
Size, colour, or aesthetic preference

However, if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will of course arrange a replacement.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Arven Studio.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
Artworks may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Arven Studio shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Liability is limited to the value of the artwork purchased.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.
We reserve the right to restrict access or refuse service where misuse is suspected.

11. Privacy and Data Protection
