At Arven Studio, every aluminium DIBOND® artwork is produced specifically for each order. We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
We support replacements for damaged or defective items in all regions we ship to, including:-

United Kingdom & Europe (United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway)

International regions (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, Singapore, South Africa, Hong Kong, and India)
This policy explains how issues, replacements, and refunds are handled.

Made-to-Order Artwork
All artworks are custom-made to order.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Colour or aesthetic preference
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or with a production issue, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
When contacting us, please include:
Your order number
Clear photographs of the issue
Photographs of the outer packaging (where possible)

Resolution Process
Once your issue has been reviewed and confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
Replacement artworks are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Gelato.
Production and delivery times for replacements may vary depending on location.

Shipping Damage
We recommend inspecting your artwork as soon as it arrives.
If damage has occurred in transit:
Please retain the original packaging
Provide photographs to support your claim
Prompt notification helps us resolve issues efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items
Because artworks are made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Differences between screen display and printed appearance
Minor variations inherent to the materials and printing process

Refunds
Refunds are issued where a replacement is not possible or appropriate.
Where applicable:
Refunds are processed via the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Payments are handled securely via Wix Payments and its authorised providers.

Third-Party Fulfilment (Gelato)
Production and shipping are handled by Gelato, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner.
Gelato is responsible for manufacturing and delivery, while all customer service and support is managed directly by Arven Studio.

For international deliveries:
