1. What am I purchasing?

Q: What do I get when I buy a digital art file?
A: You’ll receive a ZIP file containing:

  • A high-resolution JPEG (70 cm x 70 cm at 300 DPI) for large-format printing

  • Four transparent PNGs (30 cm x 40 cm at 300 DPI) for apparel and other uses

  • A helpful resizing and printing guide (in English)​

 

2. What is the image resolution?

Q: What does 300 DPI mean?
A: DPI stands for "Dots Per Inch" and refers to the print quality. 300 DPI is the industry standard for high-resolution, professional printing, ensuring your image looks crisp at full size. Some tools use “PPI” (Pixels Per Inch) — it’s functionally the same for image resizing.

 

3. How do I open the ZIP file?

Q: How do I extract or open the ZIP file?
A: On most devices, just double-click the ZIP file to extract its contents. If your system doesn’t support this by default, use one of the free tools below:

 

4. Are the instructions available in my language?

Q: The guide is in English. Can I translate it?
A: Yes! You can copy and paste the text into any of these free translation tools:

 

5. Can I print this art at home or through a service?

Q: Can I print the art on canvas, posters, or clothing?
A: Absolutely! Your download is suitable for home or professional printing. It works well on:

  • Paper or fine art card

  • Framed canvas prints

  • Clothing (e.g. T-shirts, sweatshirts)

  • Tote bags, cushions, and more

Just be sure to upload or print at 300 DPI for best results.

 

6. Can I resize the image?

Q: Can I resize the image for a different frame or product?
A: Yes. The included guide shows you how to resize the image to any standard print size while keeping it sharp and print-ready at 300 DPI.

 

7. Is a bleed area included for printing?

Q: Does the image include a bleed for edge-to-edge printing?
A: No bleed is included by default. Most print-on-demand platforms (like Printful or Photobox) automatically add any required bleed during their upload and print setup process.

 

8. Can I use this art commercially?

Q: Can I use your art for commercial products or resale?
A: Not by default. Your purchase includes a lifetime personal-use licence only. This means:

✅ You may print it for personal use or gifts
❌ You may not resell, distribute, or upload the design to marketplaces or commercial POD sites

9. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Q: Can I get a refund after downloading the file?
A: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once files are delivered.

However, if you experience any technical issues or are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

 

10. What if I lose my file?

Q: I lost the file I downloaded. Can I get it again?
A: Yes! Just email us with your order number or the email used at checkout, and we’ll resend your download link.

 

11. How do I get help or request a custom size?

Q: I need support or a different size. Who can I talk to?
A: You’ll find resizing instructions in the included guide. But if you need help beyond that, just use our Contact page to request a custom size or ask any questions.

12. Social media or digital wallpaper?

Q:  Can I use your files on social media or as a digital wallpaper?

A: Yes, for personal enjoyment. You may post the artwork (with credit to Arven Studio) or use it as a background/wallpaper on your devices. However, you may not remove the branding or claim it as your own.
