Each artwork is created to order and produced at the professional fine-art studio closest to your location.
Typical delivery times are:

You will, of course, receive full tracking details as soon as your artwork is on its way.
Where will my artwork be produced and shipped from?
To ensure the highest quality and the smoothest delivery experience, artworks are produced through our specialist manufacturing partner, Gelato, in professional studios located across:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, the UAE, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Orders are automatically routed to the closest production location, which means:

If customs duties are required by your local regulations, these will be shown transparently at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your artwork leaves the studio, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey with ease.

Is each artwork made to order?
Yes. Every artwork is produced exclusively for you at the time of purchase — never pre-printed or stored.
This ensures pristine quality and a genuinely personal collector experience.
Returns, Replacements & Warranty
Can I return my artwork?
Each piece is individually crafted to order.
As a bespoke item, artworks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
What if my artwork arrives damaged or faulty?
If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, of course we will replace it immediately.
Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the issue, and we’ll take care of everything. There is no need to return a damaged piece.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. In line with EU and UK consumer protection regulations, all artworks are covered by a 2-year consumer warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and production faults under normal indoor use conditions.
Packaging & Presentation
How is my artwork protected during shipping?
Your artwork is packaged using professional fine-art materials, including rigid supports, protective corners, and impact-resistant wrapping, ensuring it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Does the artwork arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Every Aluminium Dibond artwork includes a discreet, pre-installed hanging system, giving the piece a clean, floating appearance on the wall. No additional framing is required.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of secure payment methods via Wix Payments, including major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected Buy Now, Pay Later services.
All payments are processed through encrypted, fully protected systems for complete peace of mind.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
In most cases, no. Because artworks are produced close to your location, international customs charges are usually avoided.
If duties are required due to local regulations, this will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Custom Orders
Can I request a custom size or commission?
At this time, artworks are offered only in the sizes and formats shown. Each piece is already crafted to order, ensuring consistent quality and a refined presentation.
Sustainability & Responsibility
Is your production environmentally considerate?
Yes. Producing artworks on demand avoids overproduction and unnecessary waste. Routing orders to the nearest studio significantly reduces shipping distances.
Aluminium Dibond is exceptionally durable, meaning your artwork is designed to last for many years with a minimal environmental footprint.
